• Evening Desert Safari Dubai Timings: Pickup starts between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM, depending on your location
• Little kids can’t participate in dune bashing, but private tours are suitable with a parent.
• Pregnant ladies, kids under 3, and people with heart or back conditions can’t join the tour because of UAE laws.
• Offer free pickup from hotels and cruise terminals. If you’ve just arrived, we can pick you up from the Holiday Inn Airport hotel for your convenience.

Booking Policy

• You will receive a confirmation at the time of booking.
• This tour is not wheelchair accessible.
• Strollers are accessible.
• Infant seats are available.
• Not recommended for travelers with back problems or those who are pregnant.
• This tour is not suitable for those with heart problems or other severe medical conditions.
• Most travelers can participate.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

• You can cancel up to 12 hours in advance for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be refunded.
• Changes made less than 12 hours before the start time will not be accepted.
• This tour requires good weather; if canceled due to poor weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
• 24 hours prior: 100% refund
• Within 12 hours: No refund
