During the holy month of Ramadan, the summer season, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), there might be adjustments to our operating schedules and the routes for certain tours and safaris.
Desert Leap Safari Tourism holds the right to either cancel or modify any aspect of our tours at our discretion, without prior announcement.
When a booking is made, the total cost of the activity must be paid. If the full payment for the activity is not received at least two days before its scheduled start,
we reserve the right to cancel the booking. If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the activity begins, no refund will be issued. Additionally, not arriving at the designated starting point for an activity at the specified time will be treated as a cancellation.
We have the authority to cancel, change, or omit any portion of an activity for which a booking has been made, with or without notifying you, at our sole discretion. Given the nature of many of our activities, delays and cancellations might occur due to factors beyond our or our suppliers’ control, such as weather conditions, accidents,
illness, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such situations, whether a refund or partial refund is provided will be determined at our discretion and/or that of the supplier of the concerned activity.
No rectification would be possible during natural disasters, such as floods, earthquakes, or Heavy Sand Storms.
We should not be responsible for any accident, damage, or loss of an individual’s assets. It’s advised to explore a travel protection strategy to handle unexpected occasions.
