Our friendly guides will show you some of the most beautiful and hidden places in the desert. 😍🌵

II. Booking and Payment 💳📅

To book a tour with us, you need to be at least 18 years old. 🎂👦👧 When you make a booking, we’ll ask you to pay a deposit (like a down payment) of 30% of the total cost. 💰 The rest of the money needs to be paid 30 days before your tour starts. 📆💸 You can pay us using bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. If you use a credit card, there’s a small extra fee of 3%. 💳💸

III. Cancellation Policy ❌🗓️

If you need to cancel your tour, please tell us as soon as possible. 🙏 We know that sometimes things can happen that you didn’t plan for. 😕 Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

• If you cancel more than 30 days before your tour, we’ll give you back your deposit, but we’ll keep 10% for administration costs. 📆💰
• If you cancel 15-30 days before your tour, we’ll give you back 50% of the total tour cost. 📅💸
• If you cancel less than 15 days before your tour, we can’t give you a refund. 📅❌
• If you don’t show up for your tour, we also can’t give you a refund. 🙅‍♂️💰

IV. Health and Safety 💪🩹

Your health and safety are super important to us! 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️ Our guides know first aid and always carry medical supplies. 🏥🩺 But, it’s a good idea to talk to your doctor before going on a desert tour, especially if you have any health problems. 👨‍⚕️💬

Remember, our tours can be quite adventurous and need you to be in good shape. 🏃‍♂️💨 If you’re worried about whether you can do the activities, just let us know before you book. 😊👍

V. Our Vehicles 🚙💨

We use different types of vehicles for our tours, like 4x4s, SUVs, and even camels! 🐫 Don’t worry, we take really good care of them to make sure they’re always safe and reliable. 🔧✅

• We’ll rotate seats during the tour so everyone gets a chance to enjoy different views. 🔄💺
• You can pay in cash or by card when we pick you up, but card payments have an 8% vet fee. 💳💸
• Our vehicles are super safe, secure, and cleaned after every trip. 🚙🧼😊
• Our safaris are off-road adventures, which means it can get bumpy and exciting! 🌵💨 But if you have any health issues or back problems, it might be best to sit out the rough parts. 😬💪
• Pregnant women and people with serious medical conditions should talk to us before booking so we can make special arrangements. 🤰⚠️
• Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes, especially for quad biking. 👟👍 Bring warm clothes if you’re visiting between October and March. 🧣🧤
• For quad biking, you’ll need to sign a form saying you understand the risks and that you don’t have insurance. 📝🏍️
