Welcome to Desert Leap Safari. Before booking or participating in any of our tours, please take a moment to read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using our services or booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Company Overview
Desert Leap Safari is a licensed tour operator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We specialize in desert safari experiences, cultural city tours, and adventure excursions throughout the UAE.
2. Eligibility to Book
- You must be 18 years or older to make a booking with us.
- Bookings for minors must be made by a parent or legal guardian.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information when booking.
3. Booking & Payment
- If you have made a booking using the Reserve Now, Pay Later method, please pay within 24 hours of booking to confirm it fully.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and cash (if agreed upon in advance).
- All prices are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless stated otherwise.
- A 5% VAT may apply to electronic payments.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
For Desert Safari Dubai Tours:
- A 100% refund is available for cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance.
- No refunds are available for cancellations made within 12 hours or for no-shows.
For all other tours:
- 100% refund if canceled 72 hours in advance.
- A 50% refund is available if canceled 48–72 hours in advance.
- No refund will be issued if canceled within 48 hours or in the event of a no-show.

5. Health, Fitness & Safety
- Some activities, including dune bashing, quad biking, and camel rides, require a moderate level of physical fitness.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically fit to participate in this activity.
- Pregnant women, individuals with back problems, or other severe medical conditions must inform us in advance.
- You participate in our activities at your own risk. We recommend consulting with your physician if unsure.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including illness, injury, or loss of personal belongings. Desert Leap Safari is not responsible for any personal loss or damage.
7. Tour Changes & Force Majeure
- Desert Leap Safari reserves the right to modify or cancel itineraries due to weather conditions, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
- In such cases, we may offer rescheduling or issue a refund, as appropriate, based on the specific situation.
8. Vehicles & Equipment
- All our vehicles are licensed, insured, and maintained for your safety and comfort.
- Tours may involve 4×4 SUVs, camels, or quad bikes, depending on your chosen package.
- For quad biking, you must sign a waiver and acknowledge that you participate at your own risk. Insurance is not included.
9. Accommodation
Tour accommodation varies by package and may include desert camps or resort-style lodges. Please notify us in advance if you have any special accommodation needs, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
10. Meals & Dietary Requirements
We provide meals during most tours. If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please inform us during booking so we can make arrangements where possible.
11. Participant Responsibilities
- Arrive on time at the designated pickup location. Delays may result in missed activities without refund.
- Follow all safety instructions provided by guides and drivers during the tour.
- Wear suitable clothing and footwear, especially when engaging in adventure activities.
- Desert temperatures fluctuate, so dress accordingly for the seasonal conditions.
- Seat rotation may be applied to ensure fairness for all passengers.
12. Limitation of Liability
Desert Leap Safari is not liable for:
- Injuries, accidents, or losses during participation in tours
- Cancellations due to force majeure
- Actions or negligence of third-party service providers
- Damage or loss of personal belongings
13. Accessibility
If you have accessibility requirements (e.g., wheelchair access), please get in touch with us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your needs depending on the tour type and available resources.
14. Governing Law
The laws of the United Arab Emirates govern these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
